‘Ello Everyone!
Why the annoying cockney accent? Well, under the cover of darkness, also known as the weekend, our editors got together and pulled a Swan on QuietLunch.com! The site spent hours on the operating table and after slicing and dicing it, we’ve finally came out with something we can be proud of. We hope you like it!
Although the site may be new, we’re the same old awesome rag-tag crew you have come to know and love. This spanking new issue features an interview with fine arts embroider, Richard Saja. We spend a sleety afternoon with Brooklyn MC, DyMe-A-DuZiN. Former New York Giant, Carl Banks, talks to us about the Starter Satin Jacket Revival. Our very own Catherine LeClair reviews Darwin Deez‘s Songs for Imaginative People. We talk to Gwenn Seemel about her project, Crime Against Nature… Our Editor in Chief briefly examines last week’s African Queen debacle, and Dominic Episcopo talks about his new book, Meat America.
Unflinchingly Yours,
Quiet Lunch Staff.
Stay Tuned!
Quiet Lunch is a grassroot online publication that seeks to promote various aspects of life and culture with a loving, but brute, educational tinge. When we say, “Creative Sustenance Daily,” we mean it.
