A mini-heatwave is looming and just when we were getting used our comfy summer sweaters, weather has chosen to remind us that it is indeed the first day of summer.

Fruit Cubes.↓
Start by squishing blackberries, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries into the squares of an ice cube tray. Then fill in the gaps with water and stuck the tray in the freezer.
It works great with any type of fruit. Oranges, pears, pineapple, apples, lemons. Plop them in a refreshing glass of water or any other beverage. And when you’re done, enjoy the fruit afterwards!
