Saito teamed up with fellow designer Shohei Sawada, and confectioner Motohiro Inaba to create the Shinan-ji Temple Rock Garden, an edible rock garden that nurtures you zen and your hunger.
Despite having the appearance and functionality of a rock garden, the rocks are actually made from black sesame and the sand is made from sugar.
