Everyone and everything has to pay their way in this society–including your tucchus. Which brings us to artist Fabian Brunsing‘s Pay & Sit: The Private Bench, a painfully sarcastic installation that pokes at the relationship between capitalism and leisure. The 2008 installation consists of a bench with spikes that only retracted once the user to paid €0.50 (about 70 cents US) to have a seat.
