Brooklyn based artist Rita Minissi explores the concept of living sculpture in a series of self portraits titled, Second Skin. Underneath a thin, cracking layer of white body paint, Minissi evokes an air of primal transcendence. Still, sensual, and pulchritudinous, Minissi is her own muse–which makes her an effective creative that is capable of executing her brilliant visions to a tee.
