[su_dropcap style=”flat” size=”4″]B[/su_dropcap]orn in Russia and raised in the Lower East Side, artist Alisa Minyukova has used her bi-cultural influences to cultivate a creative vision that is currently manifesting itself in the form of enchanting jewelry.

Teaming up with fellow artist Zoya Levinshteyn and Yuri Kolesov, Minyukova is one of the three brilliant forces behind Fascination Anxiety, a jewelry line that “aims to charm, humor and surprise by embracing the unexpected.” The pieces’ process are 100% organic—so to speak. Instead of using CAD Software or 3-D milling machines, all pieces are sketched out, hand carved and cast locally in the ancient lost wax method.
