[su_dropcap style=”flat” size=”4″]W[/su_dropcap]e checked in with artist Erin O’Keefe and discovered her latest series, Natural Disasters. O’Keefe, who is known for her surreal still life images that ironically look like digital paintings, had us head over heels in love with The Flatness and continues to hold our hearts with this new series. The motif is a bit more hectic this time around, O’Keefe explains:

The title of the series Natural Disasters refers to both the external brand of disaster that seems to arrive daily in the news or at our doorstep, and the internal variety – the failure of our eyes to find legibility and coherence in the images we make of the world.
