It’s been close to a year since Maria Herreros dedicated this quaint handmade zine to her favorite gallerist, Ema, but the gesture still radiates to this very day. Don’t get us wrong, a year isn’t exactly an eon, but in a digital age where emoticons have usurped genuine displays of affection, For Ema Zine is a project that remains resoundingly relevant.
