Austrian artist Aldo Tolino presents a beautiful blend of mediums in his series, Brackwasser. The German title translates to “Brackish Water” in English. Brackish water is a term used to describe a mixture of freshwater and seawater found commonly in estuaries, mangroves and marshes. Brackwasser uses its aesthetics to pay conceptual homage, featuring colors that seemingly bleed into one another.
