German photographer Carsten Witte has created a quite meaningful series entitled Psyche. The series is name after an ancient greek princess who was known to be more beautiful than Venus; an idea which serves as the background for the project. Similar to lepidoptery, Witte has chosen to freeze and preserve his subjects’ beauty at their peak.
