The world didn’t end on December 21st, but the end could very well come after everyone is thrown into a permanent food coma. Today is both National Pancake Day and World Nutella Day… Now, if that last sentence did not resonate with you or at least cause to leap through a plate glass window out of sheer joy, you have no soul.

Breakfast for dinner can be a bit idiosyncratic, but today you should be allowed eat pancakes–and Nutella–for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Poached from Army Wife 101, this Nutella Pancake recipe is not only delicious, but easy.

Ingredients.↓

• A Jar of Nutella.
• A Box of Pancake Mix. (Any brand of your choice will do.)
• Milk or Water. (Depends on your preference.)

Directions.↓

Mix pancake mix according to instructions.

Then after you have mixed it throw in 2 spoonfuls of Nutella and mix again until everything is combined.

Some Pancakes Mixes call for water but you can easily replace it with milk for a richer outcome.

On pancake griddle spray with some butter spray and spoon about 1/3 of a cup of pancake batter onto it. Do as many as you can fit .

Drop a spoonful of Nutella in the middle of the mix as pictured above.

Take another spoonful of pancake batter and spread over the Nutella and do this for the remaining pancakes as well.

Proceed to cook pancakes as normal and enjoy!
