This past weekend’s “Put On Your Shorts” weather surprised most of us in the Northeast and fortunately down under the Manhattan Bridge was again host to the DUMBO ART Festival.
This year, DAF featured some of last year’s favorites like Vandana Jain’s Dazzle Exhibit at Smack Mellon Gallery. There were some amazing local artists’ work as well as exquisite, eye catching pieces from artists around the world, including the “The World We Want” Chalk Wall based on Candy Chang’s debut project. They also brought back the interactive art exhibit with even more interesting art tech mashups.
The streets were alive. The people were great. The Art… well, take a look for yourself. Enjoy.
