Australian-born, New York based makeup artist Georgina Billington is a visionary in the field, infusing high
fashion with artistic influences and new ideas.
Internationally credentialed, Georgina has worked across Australia, Europe and the Middle East for the likes of
Vogue, Harpers Bazaar, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Rolling Stone, InStyle, Esquire and Travel & Leisure. She
has also worked on-site for Milan, Paris & London Fashion Weeks for the likes of Chanel, Alexander McQueen
and Dries Van Noten, Isabel Marant, Balmain, Proenza Schouler and Valentino to name a few.
Georgina has also worked across the music and entertainment sector, creating make-up looks for celebrities
including Jessie J, Irina Pantaeva, Kimbra, Betty Who, Eileen Fisher, and Elliphant.
Her advertising campaign work extends across brands including Nike, Harvey Nichols, Mac Cosmetics, Nivea,
Head and Shoulders, Vodafone, Absolute, J&B Whiskey,
Georgina has gained international notoriety for her imaginative and bold vision of feminine beauty and is in
constant demand for her unique perspective.
Fusing high-fashion make-up artistry with a talent for body painting and fine arts, Georgina has exhibited her
works at the Bowery Hotel in NYC.
In 2011-2013 she worked as the International Senior Makeup Artist of Mac Cosmetics in Istanbul, Turkey where
her artistic aesthetic saw her leading trend and technique workshops across Turkey, London, LA & Paris, and be
key makeup designer for four seasons of Istanbul Fashion week for over eighty shows all together, leading a team
of 10 makeup artists.
Represented by Judy Casey Agency, Georgina also serves as Beauty Editor of Quiet Lunch magazine, while
teaching her crafts in body paint and makeup at NYC-based makeup schools.
