Knxwledge continues to flex his creativity. After working with both Kendrick Lamar and Anderson .Paak he’s set his sight on Rihanna. With Hex10 – the latest installment of his Hexual Sealings series – the audiophile attacks the Bad Gal’s mainstream staple.
The brain child of an East coast native, who is currently residing in sunny L.A., “WrkWrkWrk[Wtt]” is shrouded in shadows. He brings new life to the track. It is now wrought with an unsettling organ, a sinister synthesizer, and a provocative guitar. The manipulated track possesses an afflicted feel.
Rihanna’s warbling vocals are stalked by the disjointed production. Is this an example of one of Knxwledge’s shrewd masterpieces or has he merely created a bumbling monster?
