Famous for his out of focused photography, Bill Jacobson‘s Untitled 1999-2001 series reminds us of the days when the weather is muggier than a knife wielding hoodlum demanding an old lady’s purse. With temperatures said to be reaching a much welcomed high in these next few days, one can only wonder if this is what nature has in store.
