Now and days, hipsters are in absolute abundance, lurking in every beer garden and strolling through every quaint backstreet. You literally cannot walk more than half a city block without running into one and Columbia graduate Julie Percha knows this all too well.

Hipsters are considered kindred souls by few, well dressed vagabonds by some, and a contradiction by many. Percha uses The Hipster Hunt to finally solidify an clear and concise definition of the hipster — putting an end to the speculation, glorification and vilification.
