Today is the opening reception for Nir Hod‘s Once Everything Was Much Better Even The Future. It is Hod’s third solo exhibition at Paul Kasmin Gallery. His sculpture of the same name, a snow globe containing a moving scale model of a pumpjack encased in oil and swirling “snow” comprised of gold-colored flakes, will serve as the centerpiece for the show.
Once Everything Was Much Better Even The Future will be on view at Paul Kasmin Gallery (515 West 27th Street) through October 25th. Opening reception starts at 6 pm and will last until 8 pm. Be sure to stop by!
