If you’re in the Chelsea area this today we suggest you stop by Salomon Contemporary and check out Louise Donegan’s Liath. This is Donegan’s first solo exhibition and the young artist displays some promising photomontages that highlight biological form and the relation between the macro and the micro. When asked to give us quick quote about her first solo show, Donegan—a woman of many talents and very little words—stated humbly and simply:
“I really enjoy creating my work. The only thing better than that is to be able to share it. I am very grateful for this fantastic platform upon which to do so.”
– Louise Donegan
Be sure to stop by Salomon Contemporary for the closing reception this afternoon! Doors open at 4 p.m. Photos courtesy of Liam McMullan.
