Ab-Soul recently released a new single titled, “Hunnid Stax.” Featuring fellow Top Dawg ScHoolboy Q, the song is a purposefully materialistic deviation from Soulo’s usually conscious motif. The song is almost sarcastic and borderline satirical. You get the feeling that Soulo is poking fun of the ill fated rhetoric that plagues most of modern day hip-hop music.
“Hunnid Stax” comes off of his debut studio album, These Days, due out June 24th.
